    高頻電源在電除塵器上能起到除塵、環保的作用

    高頻高壓開關電源(簡稱高頻電源)是新一代電除塵器高頻電源供電(dian)設備,可(ke)大范圍(wei)應(ying)用于冶(ye)金、電(dian)力、水泥(ni)、化工等行業(ye)的煙氣(qi)除塵,能(neng)起(qi)到(dao)除塵、環(huan)保的作用。   


    一、高頻電源的工作原(yuan)理:   

    電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)其(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流由(you)一系(xi)列窄脈沖(chong)組成,是采用高(gao)頻(pin)開關(guan)技術的(de)(de)(de)逆變電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),可(ke)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)提(ti)供從純凈直流到脈動幅度很大的(de)(de)(de)各種電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波(bo)形(xing)。由(you)于(yu)高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)具有(you)火花放電(dian)(dian)(dian)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)短路的(de)(de)(de)快速反應(ying)機制,因此能夠在發(fa)生上述情(qing)況后立即阻斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)輸出(chu),提(ti)高(gao)動態響(xiang)應(ying)速度。該高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)采用快速反應(ying)機制,提(ti)高(gao)了裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,實現(xian)了接(jie)近純直流輸出(chu),有(you)利于(yu)增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)負荷(he)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)場強度,進而影響(xiang)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)周圍的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場力(li),提(ti)高(gao)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)移動速度,達到提(ti)高(gao)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率、減少(shao)煙塵(chen)(chen)排放、保護環境的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。   


    二、高頻電源的工作(zuo)方式:   

    根(gen)據除塵(chen)器電(dian)場(chang)的實際運行情況,高頻電(dian)源(yuan)可(ke)以調整脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)寬度、脈(mo)(mo)寬、脈(mo)(mo)幅、供(gong)電(dian)頻率,保證電(dian)壓供(gong)給,電(dian)流達到做較好的狀態。高頻電(dian)源(yuan)采(cai)用恒定(ding)周(zhou)期供(gong)電(dian)和脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)供(gong)電(dian)兩種模式,應(ying)根(gen)據除塵(chen)要(yao)求選擇合適的供(gong)電(dian)方式。   


    固(gu)定(ding)周期供電模(mo)式:   

    恒周期供電(dian)(dian)模式,是(shi)指高頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)源按照預先設(she)定的頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)參(can)(can)數(shu)運行,確定設(she)備輸出電(dian)(dian)壓、輸出電(dian)(dian)流值的頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)參(can)(can)數(shu)。固定周期供電(dian)(dian)方式對操作者的要(yao)求(qiu)較(jiao)高,設(she)備消耗的功率(lv)(lv)較(jiao)大(da),因而(er)產生了較(jiao)大(da)的能耗,但除(chu)塵(chen)效果并不理想,當(dang)煤質、合金鋼、煙(yan)氣等發生較(jiao)大(da)變化時,電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)口的排放(fang)無法滿(man)足要(yao)求(qiu)。   

    脈動(dong)電(dian)源類(lei)型:   

    采用脈沖(chong)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式的(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)源,輸出的(de)是(shi)由(you)一系列高(gao)(gao)(gao)能脈沖(chong)和低能脈沖(chong)組成的(de)電(dian)(dian)能,其輸出電(dian)(dian)流波形(xing)與正(zheng)選波形(xing)相似。采用脈沖(chong)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式的(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)源,可(ke)以給電(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)提供(gong)(gong)較高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)峰值電(dian)(dian)壓,有效(xiao)地克服了(le)高(gao)(gao)(gao)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻產生的(de)電(dian)(dian)暈,從而提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)設備的(de)除塵效(xiao)果,降低了(le)電(dian)(dian)場對無(wu)效(xiao)電(dian)(dian)能的(de)消耗(hao),實現了(le)節能、環保的(de)目標,這是(shi)傳(chuan)統(tong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式所(suo)不具備的(de)優(you)點,因而得到了(le)大范圍的(de)應用。   


    三、高(gao)頻電源的節能分析:
